Drew Fair
Founder and Principal
Drew’s background includes over 30 years of experience in Research and Development, Product Development, and Advanced Manufacturing in the Aerospace, Industrial and Medical markets. Drew has a Master’s Degree in Liquid Crystal Physics from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
Greg Heine
Principal
Greg’s background includes over 30 years of experience creating manufacturing systems for flat panel displays, electronic instrument clusters, and semiconductor lasers. Greg holds two degrees from Michigan Community College in Flint, Michigan.
Adam Fair
Director, Business Development
Adam’s background includes roles in Business Development and Portfolio Management in the Investment Management Industry. Adam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Minnesota.
Lindsay Steele, Ph.D
Senior Engineer
Lindsay’s academic background is in Experimental Condensed Physics, with an emphasis on electronic instrumentation. He has held various positions with regards to the research, development, and program management of various technologies. Dr. Steele holds a Ph.D in Experimental Condensed Matter Physics from Kent State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of the West of Scotland.
Scott Fair
Senior Engineer
Scott’s background is in digital electronics design and he has a long career managing programs developing computer controlled OEM equipment. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and served as navigational officer aboard the U.S.S Edson (DD-946) before its decommissioning in 1988.
